I reckon its impossible even without the bowls!
I suspect some element of attachment to her foot (probably not velcro, but something like that) But I’m still amazed, by the strength, balance, precision and skill here.

I reckon they’re legitimately held there…
After all, we both know a girl who can grip a four inch ball with the sole of her foot.
