Nice viral ad for robots, via reddit.
2 years ago all my friends in Europe started asking me ” have you met this young kid Joseph? He is amazing.”
I later met him at the Swiss juggling convention was deeply impressed by his passion for contact juggling. I immediately subscribed to his youtube channel, Juggling for Cake and he has released some great contact and multiball and 8ring stuff. Seriously just click those links.
They are all full of stuff you’ve never thought of before but it is brilliant. I should have been posting all of them on the Ministry all year, but these recent 3ball videos are just too good so here ya go, this is Joseph and he is seriously one of the best new contemporary jugglers that exist.
Very good new today in the world of box manipulation.
I was saddened last week to learn that both Eloi’s ‘Porte a Porte” video, AND Eriks “VSNBT MNPLTN SRS #3: THE ROOM” video were no longer online. Two of the best (and perhaps the ONLY, i’ve been searching all week) examples of contemporary box technique no longer exist in a shared format. How will we ever put the ‘cigar’ stuff behind us and the silly up-and-down Froggy style box tricks of the olden days if we don’t have access to all the cool new tricks being developed by mad geniuses like Erik and Eloi? Where can find find all this awesome new shuffling and sliding contemporary box manipulation stuff?
EVERYBODY CELEBRATE! Jin is here to save the day! THE FUTURE OF BOX JUGGLING IS AWESOME!
Clean smart inventive ball juggling from Yuri.
I sat down to watch Tony Pezzo’s new downloadable video “The Third” the other night. I’m interested in how Tony will be able to forge his identity as the next in the “American-in-Sweden” royal line after Jay and Wes. This is a 42 minute compilation of short choreographies with balls, clubs and rings, and Tony Pezzo proves that he is, indeed, the Third. I want to know what they feed circus students in Stockholm because the level of juggling ability that comes out of this place is astonishing.
The Third is a juggling film by Tony Pezzo. It features tricks, and sequences inspired by living in Sweden, and being around people such as: Wes Peden, Patrik Elmnert, Emil Dahl, Jay Gilligan, and Ivar Heckscher.
THE VIDEO CONTAINS: † OVER 150 NEW TRICKS † 250 PENGUIN CATCHES† TONYS FIRST GOOD MIXED PROP ROUTINE † SOME OF WES’BEST 3 CLUB TRICKS, WITH RINGS! † NEW 3 RING ROUTINE† PLINGELING † HIS FAVORITE TRICK: THE FIVE RING FACEROLL TAKE OFF PUT BACK, WITH THE MULTIPLEX PANCAKE.
Tony is making juggling for us, we the people of the internet who love juggling. He takes the standards of technical numbers which we all know and adds new elements (the multiplexes… oh the mixed prop multiplexes!!!) to show us a kind of ‘technical-with-a-new-twist” style which he has polished up nicely
Whatever comes next from Tony is gonna be gold, and we should all be supporting the future by stopping what you are doing, taking $15 and throwing it at him right now.
Old release, but suddenly showed up on youtube after being hard to find for many years. There is something so special about the way Elias moves and his tricks are still super fresh. I hear Visionbot is re-releasing a lot of old stuff on vimeo (including the VSNBT MNPLTN SRS) so i’m gonna repost it all when it comes up again.
I am always surprised when other hoopers dont know about Pilolip. His latest video of his isohoop routine is so flowy and isolated and perfect. It currently has less than 200 views, and i think we can fix that
Filmed at the same time as his ball routine, which is equally amazing.
Amazing skills, beautifully filmed.
Wow, I really admire this guy’s balance… and his amazing agility with his board.
