Tried embed- no good, and tried using FLV on Vipers video quicktags - also no good. I'm guessing that you are on an older version of wordpress. or perhaps not using the WYSIWYG editor? Either way < embed > tag is apparently not valid any more (which is why it don't work in Opera). I’ve spent an hour looking at it, and I Do not know.
